Ethereal and light, this subtly aromatic ganache is perfect for the delicate cherry blossom-shaped shell. Contains: milk

Amazaké
A sweet, non-alcoholic beverage made with fermented rice and sugar, this treat is often served warm during this season. It yields notes of yeast and a tender sweetness. Contains: milk

Ume
Ume or plum trees are often mistaken for sakura but are beautiful in their own right. The plum ganache is perfectly acidic and rich with creamy milk chocolate. Contains: milk

Matcha
Matcha is an earthy and powerful flavor that pairs well with rich flavors so we increased the quantity and intensity of matcha green tea in these bonbons to compliment the creaminess. Contains: Almonds, Milk, Soy, Alcohol, Sesame
