Our unique take on a sweet favorite-üme shiso sablés are made with pickled üme plums and shiso leaves and combines herbaceous notes with savory and sour elements. Our sablés make a surprisingly incredible pairing with many kinds of cheese, just in time for summer entertaining and outside gatherings.
