Sakura Cherry Blossoms are a subtly fragrant and earthy aroma with notes of sweet almonds.

In Japan, it’s a nostalgic flavor that conjures images of pink tree tops and celebrations of springtime. While subtle, the flavor pairs beautifully with milky flavors, particularly this white chocolate.

We stone-grind the two together and then layer in the dark chocolate to create a substantial and ethereal experience.
