Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all items ship USPS Priority 2-Day Mail.
All items ship with an ice pack if the local weather requires it to ensure chocolates and caramels arrive in near perfect condition, when weather necessitates.
Chocolates are sensitive to direct sunlight. Please ensure that the products are stored in a cool space out of direct sunlight for best quality.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please ensure that you are able to meet the delivery or have it delivered to a place out of the sun.
Packages are mailed Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure that they arrive in the best condition possible and to avoid delays over weekends.
Orders received after 3pm (PST) on Wednesday will be mailed the following Monday to ensure chocolate arrives in optimal condition.
Deux Cranes is not responsible for any lost packages or damage that occurs during transit.
If there is an issue with your delivery, we highly encourage you to file a claim with USPS.

You must be able to provide your original receipt and tracking number.
