This special chocolate was originally October 2020’s bar and it is a scrumptious combination of salty, savory, and fruity flavors. We make a smooth black sesame paste from fresh roasted sesame and combine it with creamy white chocolate and a little salt to balance the savory flavors. We then marble raspberry chocolate for a zesty and punch and brightness. Contains: sesame, milk

About the Archive Collection: To celebrate our fifth birthday, we decided to revisit our past and create new versions of some of our past limited edition chocolate bars. With the help of our lovely clients, we selected a chocolate bar from each of our past five years and dreamed up new, improved versions. Our goal at Deux Cranes is to constantly pursue progress and we are so proud to present the Archive Collection to you.
