To celebrate our fifth birthday, we decided to revisit our past and create new versions of some of our past limited edition chocolate bars. With the help of our lovely clients, we selected a chocolate bar from each of our past five years and dreamed up new, improved versions. Our goal at Deux Cranes is to constantly pursue progress and we are so proud to present the Archive Collection to you.

This collection contains:

• Dark Chocolate with Cinnamon Spiced Nuts (2018)–A luscious blend of our house dark chocolate and cinnamon scented pecans, almonds and pumpkin seeds. This was one of the original bars we launched Deux Cranes with at the Little Italy Farmers Market in San Diego.
• Dark Chocolate Raspberry (2019)--A delicious classic, we first presented this combination around Valentine’s Day 2019. It is a tangy, fruity and delightful combination of flavors that has continued to be requested over the years.
• Black Sesame with Raspberry (2020)--2020 was the beginning of our monthly limited edition bars. It was started as we pivoted to ecommerce sales during the height of the pandemic. This was October 2020’s bar and it is a scrumptious combination of salty, savory, and fruity flavors.
• Chai Milk Chocolate with Araré (2021)--The chai milk chocolate bar has also made a few appearances due to high demand over the years. This crunchy, spiced and creamy bar was originally launched for the November collection in 2021.
• Kinako Goma (2022)--The aromatic, nuttiness of kinako is heightened with house-made caramelized sesame seeds and caramelized milk chocolate in this unique and delicious chocolate bar. This was our September 2022 limited edition bar and I am so thrilled to have it back again.
