Kinako (a roasted soy powder) is mixed into our sablé dough with Okinawa Black Sugar for extra depth of flavor. We also incorporate caramelized sesame for added roasted flavor to make it extra cozy for the Holidays. The cookies are baked to crispy perfection and then topped off with kinako caramelized milk chocolate and candied yuzu peel for bright balance.

Each giftable box contains six delicious cookies.
