Our autumn bonbons pair Japanese ingredients with French chocolate technique: a hazelnut liqueur caramel, spiced chai with mango, Okinawan black sugar pumpkin, and a strawberry and plum wine jelly. Cozy, a little unexpected, and gone when the season is.
